Step-by-Step: Our Rental Process
Consultation & Site Inspection
We begin by understanding your event goals, audience size, content type, and site layout. Our technical team may visit the venue for a better understanding.
Customized Proposal
You’ll receive a rental plan detailing the screen size, pixel pitch, hardware specs, rental duration, and any technical extras needed (sound, stage, lighting, etc.).
Setup & Testing
Our technicians arrive early to assemble and configure the screen. We run test loops to ensure colors, alignment, and inputs are functioning perfectly.
On-Site Operation (Optional)
Need a technician on site? We offer full AV support during your event to ensure smooth content transitions, live feed switching, and tech troubleshooting.
Dismantling & Post-Support
Once your event concludes, our team safely dismantles the setup. Post-event, we’re available for any follow-up discussions or support.
