Garden State Bulb Bleeding Heart Bare Roots are imported directly from our farms and growers in Holland. Each bare root is hand picked and checked for quality before shipment. Bleeding Hearts, one of the most beloved traditional garden plants, showcases its vibrant blooms in late spring, adding a touch of nostalgia to any garden. With its bushy and upright growth habit, the light green foliage of this plant resembles delicate ferns, creating a charming and whimsical appearance. The arching stems gracefully hold dangling bright-pink locket flowers, making them perfect for creating stunning floral arrangements. Beloved by pollinators like hummingbirds, they are resistant to deer as well as low temperatures. Plant the Bleeding Heart in early spring, after the last frost in moist, well drained soil.
