| Instructions | For complete details and instructions for use, please see package insert. Directions for use: 1. Gently blow your nose. Breathe out. 2. Remove cap and shake the bottle. Do not leave cap unattended around children. 3. Squeeze the bottle away from yourself to test the pressure needed for an ideal dose. Use both hands if necessary. *a mist of approximately 6 inches for adults and children 12 yrs+. 4. Place nozzle of bottle just inside the nose and quickly squeeze the bottle to deliver 1 or 2 sprays while gently inhaling. 5. Repeat steps on the other nostril. Reapply if you blow your nose. Storage: Keep the bottle and especially nozzle dry at all times. Do not rinse the bottle with water or any other liquid. Store at room temperature, away from moisture.
